*Unless otherwise stated, representation and all delivery times for packages start from the time an intake form is completed by the client after the execution of an Engagement Agreement and payment of the fee, once the Equity Legal has agreed to the engagement. However, this does not include revision time and does not include opposite party revision time or state processing times. All package pricing assumes a standard transaction structure for the applicable transaction-size band. Package eligibility depends on transaction size, complexity, number of parties, diligence volume, financing structure, and ancillary document requirements even though a transaction may fall into a certain priced tier. Equity Legal may recommend a higher tier or custom engagement for matters involving unusual complexity or specialized issues.
